Our Guides provide a consistent rhythm and clear, supportive language, allowing children to move at their own developmental pace. By fostering a “can-do” spirit, we help our youngest learners grow into confident, secure members of a vibrant classroom community.

Art from the Heart

Our art studio program is designed to move from “simple crafts” and into the realm of genuine self expression. Our pre-primary children are given open ended art projects to follow their own natural curiosity. They are exposed to a variety of artistic mediums including ceramics, water colors, and collaging.

Music

Music at Neshaminy Montessori is not treated as a standalone special but is deeply integrated into the daily life of the toddler classroom. Fingerplays and instrument exposure is incorporated into your child’s daily work cycle.

School Opera

The school has a unique tradition of producing an annual opera directed by professional musicians. Toddlers participate at their own level, often through rehearsal exposure where they learn simple choruses and choreography, aiding in their memory and sequencing development.
